Accessibility

TEC is committed to making this site accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We design and build with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we work to improve continuously as web standards and assistive technologies evolve.

What we aim for

We aim to provide:

• Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
• Logical heading and landmark structure so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements, with visible focus indicators.
• Descriptive link text and alternative text on meaningful images.
• Responsive layout that works at standard and enlarged text sizes.
• Avoidance of motion or interaction that could trigger seizures or vestibular reactions.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. Specifically, we are aware that decorative animation on the home page is purely visual and is hidden from assistive technologies; if you experience an unintended interaction with it, please tell us.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please contact us at accessibility@tec.ltd. Please include:

• The page where you encountered the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.
• Any assistive technology you were using (browser, screen reader, magnification, etc.).

We aim to respond within ten business days and to provide a remedy or, where a remedy is not yet available, an accessible alternative.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with awareness of Section 508 (United States) and the EN 301 549 standard (European Union). This statement is reviewed at least annually and after any significant change to the site.
