These terms govern your use of tec.ltd and any subdomains operated by The Everything Combine LLC (“TEC”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Use of the site

TEC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not use the site to violate any law, harm or harass any person, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, access any non-public area or feature, or use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract content other than as permitted by the site's robots configuration.

All content on this site — including text, design, code, logos, and images — is owned by TEC or licensed to TEC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires prior written permission.

This site describes services that TEC offers. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by TEC and the client.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these terms is the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

TEC may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the current version. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
