This site is operated by The Everything Combine LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as “TEC.” This policy explains what personal information TEC collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Visitors to this site. Our hosting provider receives standard request information when you visit (IP address, browser type, page requested, referrer, timestamp). This is used to operate the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run analytics or marketing trackers, and we do not set non-essential cookies.
People who email us. If you contact us at any TEC address, we receive your email, name, message, and any attachments. We use this to respond to you.
Prospective clients. TEC conducts business-to-business outreach to organizations whose operations may fit our services. We process business contact information — name, business email address, job title, employer, and publicly available business context — sourced from licensed B2B data providers and public sources. We do not process special-category personal data, and we do not target individuals in their personal capacity.
We process this data to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and conduct relevant business-to-business outreach about TEC's services. Under the EU and UK GDPR, the lawful basis for outreach and site operation is our legitimate interest; for inquiries, it is your request prior to contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you; object to or restrict our processing; and (where applicable) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, or to stop further outreach, email privacy@tec.ltd. Opt-outs are honored across all TEC sending domains. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law — 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA.
If you are a California resident, you have all rights provided under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and correct. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
TEC engages third-party service providers to operate our infrastructure: site hosting, B2B contact data, outbound email delivery, AI processing, and CRM. Each provider is contractually restricted to processing data on our instructions for the purposes we specify. A current list is available on request from privacy@tec.ltd.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will reflect the current version.
